Our Support Coordinators work alongside you to understand what's important to you, identify your options and help establish supports that work towards your individual goals.

Most importantly, you remain in control of the decisions about your life and your supports.

What is Support Coordination?

Support Coordination is a capacity-building support that can be included in an NDIS plan.

A Support Coordinator helps you make effective use of the supports in your plan while building your confidence and skills to understand, organise and manage your supports.

Depending on your individual needs and goals, your Support Coordinator can help you:

• Understand your NDIS plan and support budgets
• Identify and connect with suitable providers
• Connect with community, mainstream and other government services
• Establish and coordinate your supports
• Understand service agreements
• Monitor how your supports are working
• Build your confidence to manage your supports
• Prepare for changes and unexpected situations
• Gather relevant information about how your supports are working
• Build greater independence in managing your NDIS supports
